Tour Guide "Nok"

I have been a tour guide for about 8 years now and i have operated my own business for about seven of those!

i like to do things properly and professionally and maintain very high standards. i prefer to work alone as an independent guide as i can stay free to control all aspects of the tour to suit my standards.

My two drivers and i have worked together for about 6 years now, so our travel and movements are perfectly timed and seamless.

I am fluent in English and i am told i have a slight British accent.

i studied for a while in the USA way back when i was a student. Most of my travel in recent years has been to the UK and Europe.

Why choose a Private tour

Group tours are more affordable for those on a budget, i try to steer customers towards this option if it is best for them.

But A private tour is a totally different experience.

An instant friend, with all the answers, ready and waiting for you in at the hotel. with you all day and dropping you off in the evening.

it is the attention to details, knowing the best places to stand, times visit and things to see and taste.

On a group tour you’d be shuffled along with others never treated as an individual. The experience I provide is almost exactly the opposite!

my tours are just a framework and you can ask me to add in anything you are wondering about.

For example, many of my customers are fascinated by our Buddhist religion but are not sure what to do. With a private guide you join in and see for your self! offerings to the monks, what to do in the temple, receive a blessing, everything! and all the answers to the “what’s this, What’s that? why are they doing that?”

I’ve built my philosophy through being a traveler for many years and developing my experiences into what I believe is the best way to guide. Encouraging participation in our culture, helping you taste, touch and understand the city around you.
